Our CEO Trent Braden goes in-depth into all aspects of the real estate investment market here in the Oklahoma City metro, from property management, remodeling, choosing the right property, asset protection, bookkeeping and taxes, and more.
Not only will you gain knowledge about the real estate investing industry, but you’ll also become a Braden Group Member, which grants you exclusive access to real estate opportunities, as well as consultation with our professional team of real estate investment experts.
This 11 week course is designed to offer everything you need to both get started, and to continue thriving in your real estate investment career.
TYPICAL REAL ESTATE COURSE STRUCTURE
We offer in-person classes in Q4 of every year via Zoom, and our online course is available year-round.
Integrity, transparency, and professionalism are the backbone of our company, so to maintain our level of excellence, completion of the in-person or virtual course is required for membership in Braden Group.
- Week 1: Goals, Lingo, and the Business
- Weeks 2-6: Financing, Banks, and Money
- Week 7: Property Management
- Week 8: Remodeling
- Week 9: Bookkeeping and Taxes
- Week 10: Insurance
- Week 11: Asset Protection
You will be sent a binder with the learning materials for the class to so that you can follow along!

Trent Braden is the owner and CEO of Braden Group. Braden Group is an Oklahoma company helping others, and we are proud to be everything you need. From acquisition and consultation, to property management, we offer a full complement of real estate investment services in the Oklahoma City area, including Yukon, Mustang, Midwest City, Norman, Moore, Del City, Guthrie, Shawnee, El Reno, and Edmond.
Braden Group's mission is to teach clients about real estate investment and make their futures brighter by not only finding, but remodeling, leasing, and managing properties, which, in turn, will hopefully brighten the futures of others as well.
Trent's diverse career in real estate was preceded by a degree in Construction Management Technology from Oklahoma State University with a minor in Business.
